What We Do

Here is a table, giving a rough idea of what we might do on a typical training night.

6:00 Warm-up consisting of fitness or ball-handling drills.
6:15 A variety of shooting drills and excersises
6:45 Lessons in set plays and general tactics/playmaking
6:55 Short 3v3 games
7:10 Longer full size games

This is only a rough idea of what happens and the deatails change from week to week.

As well as training sessions, we also have regular matches (usually once a fortnight). These take the form of 4x10min periods with a stopping clock. We are in the south coast league and compete with teams ranging from Sailsbury to Bristol.

In addition to the above we also have several "fun" events a year such as street 3v3 tournaments.
