What We Do
Here is a table, giving a rough idea of what we might do on a typical training night.
| 6:00 | Warm-up consisting of fitness or ball-handling drills. |
| 6:15 | A variety of shooting drills and excersises |
| 6:45 | Lessons in set plays and general tactics/playmaking |
| 6:55 | Short 3v3 games |
| 7:10 | Longer full size games |
This is only a rough idea of what happens and the deatails change from week to week.
As well as training sessions, we also have regular matches (usually once a fortnight). These take the form of 4x10min periods with a stopping clock. We are in the south coast league and compete with teams ranging from Sailsbury to Bristol.
In addition to the above we also have several "fun" events a year such as street 3v3 tournaments.
