The club secretary has quite an important job within the team as she has to sort out all the paper work, wages, buying new parts, keeps track of all the money and makes sure the team is making money all the time, she also takes care of all the marketing to let people know about the team and all the up and comeing events.

Without the club secretary the team would not run as smoothly as it dose as because it will mean the manager has to more work which means he will not be 100% focous on the ridders which after all they are what are making the club all the money, with out them there would be no R1 Motocross team.
