The trust was set up in memory of lauren peake, who passed away in april 2009. Lauren was born on the 15/11/04 she had several different illnesses which include a rare chromosome disease called 10 ring syndrome. Lauren was in hospital for 8 months in 2008 where she was diagnosed with kidney failure. She had only 1 kidney working and her other had no function at all. It was Christmas 2008 when we nearly lost her as she became septic on her dialysis and ended up losing her left foot on 3rd January 2009.

The money rasied is being used for the kids nenal ward and dialysis unit at southampton general hospital, were Lauren was treated. So far we have had a summer fete and disco,a halloween party and soon we are having a fishing competition to raise money for these wards. We also plan on doing a host of different fundraisers next year.
